Summer Insurance - No Enrollment, no Active Appointment

An eligible appointment is at least a 50% appointment for a minimum of four consecutive weeks in summer or eight consecutive weeks in fall or spring. If you wish to request insurance for your dependent(s) you should submit an early activation request. 

Spring 2026 GTA/GRA/GA Insurance, NOT Enrolled in Summer and No Eligible Summer Appointment 

• Step 1: Purchase the “Continuation Insurance” by logging into UHCSR “My Account” through the UHCSR Student Resources website by June 30, 2026, for summer insurance coverage from June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026 (summer 2026). 
• Step 2: United Healthcare will send you a payment link that will be active for five (5) days. Pay the premium directly to UHCSR.
