Are you currently an officer in a campus club or organization, a captain of your intramural sports team, or currently have a position in a Lawrence community organization, or a similar leadership position?
Whatever it is that makes you a leader, ISS wants to hear from you. We’ll be recognizing our current international student leaders for their efforts at a special event during International Education Week in November, on the ISS webpage, with a display in the ISS office, and through a variety of other promotions around campus throughout the academic year.
Your submission of information and optional accompanying photograph indicates your consent for The University of Kansas to publicly post this submission in any media deemed appropriate by the University, inclusive of publications, webpages, and displays, for the purpose of recognizing you as an international student leader.
While we know being involved as a member of a club or organization or participation in an activity is important, this program is only to recognize those in a current leadership role. Being a member without having a leadership role does not qualify for leadership inclusion. Also, only leadership positions currently held here, not past positions or those in your home country, or at another school qualify for inclusion.
