Setting Up Browser for iHawk

Chrome
  1. Open the "Settings" menu.
  2. Scroll to the bottom, click on the "Advanced" button.
  3. Click on the "Clear browsing data" button.
  4. Ensure time range is set to "All time", and that all checkboxes are checked for both the "Basic" and "Advanced" tabs, then click on the "Clear data" button.
  5. Click on the "Content settings" button, followed by the "Cookies" button.
  6. Ensure the following switches are enabled: "Allow sites to save and read cookie data", "Keep local data only until you quit your browser", "Block third-party cookies".
  7. Back on the main Settings page, click on the "Manage passwords" button. Ensure the switch is set to "Off".
  8. Close and reopen browser, access iHawk.

Firefox
  1. Open the "Options" menu.
  2. Click on "Privacy and Security". Under "History", click on "clear your recent history". Ensure the time range is set to "Everything". Click on "Clear Now".
  3. Under "Site Data", click on "Clear All Data". Then click on "Clear Now".
  4. Under "History", set Firefox to "Use custom settings for history", and ensure the options are set as shown below.
  5. Close and reopen browser, access iHawk.

Edge
  1. Open the "Settings" menu.
  2. Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear".
  3. Ensure the options are set as shown below, and click "Clear".
  4. Back on the main "Settings" menu, under "Advanced settings", click "View advanced settings".
  5. Under "Privacy and services", ensure "Offer to save passwords" is set to "Off".
  6. Ensure "Cookies" is set to "Block only third party cookies".
  7. Close and reopen browser, access iHawk.

Internet Explorer
  1. Open the "Internet Options" menu.
  2. Under "Browsing history", ensure "Delete browsing history on exit" is checked.
  3. Under "Browsing history", click "Delete...". Ensure the options are set as shown below, and click "Delete".
  4. On the "Privacy" tab, click "Advanced".
  5. Ensure the options are set as shown below, and click "OK".
  6. Close and reopen browser, access iHawk.

Safari
  • Under "History", click "Clear History..." and choose to clear all history in the pop-up menu.
  • Open the "Preferences..." menu.
  • Under the "General" tab, set "Remove history items" to "After one day".
  • Under the "AutoFill" tab, ensure "User names and passwords" is unchecked.
  • Under the "Privacy" tab, ensure "Block all cookies" is unchecked.
  • Close and reopen browser, access iHawk.
