Obtain permission from ISS to drop class

Monday, May 4, 2020 is the last day to drop a class this semester.  Review your options and obtain permission from ISS before dropping below a full course load:

The approval process requires your academic advisor/instructor's recommendation, medical documentation, or the other institution's verification, and can take several days after you initiate your request.  We recommend you obtain permission from ISS by Wednesday, April 29, 2020 to be sure you are authorized before the drop deadline.

Extended Credit/No Credit Deadline: Prior to dropping a class, consider if CR/NC is an option for you. KU has extended the Credit/No Credit option for Spring 2020. Students may be able to request the CR/NC option until December 18, 2020. The CR/NC option is not available for all majors or for certain courses. Consult with an academic advisor before electing credit/no credit.

WARNING: If you drop below full time enrollment at KU without permission from an ISS immigration advisor, it will be considered a violation of legal status.
