Upload Immigration Docs to iHawk

What is iHawk?

iHawk is the website where international students complete important immigration forms for the ISS office. You will use your KU Online ID to login to iHawk. You will use iHawk throughout your time at KU as an international student.

You will start using iHawk before you arrive to KU by filling out your basic information, preregistering for the ‘You at KU’ orientation, and uploading your immigration documents. In the future, you will use iHawk to do things such as request a replacement I-20.

iHawk for New Students

All new international students must complete important electronic forms (e-forms) in order to prepare to arrive to KU. These e-forms are arranged in groups that we call ‘checklists’. You must complete all of the items in the Checklist that apply to you.

iHawk opens 4-6 weeks before each semester

Summer (June) Admits April 1
Fall (August) Admits June 15
Spring (January) Admits October 21
