WALK IN SERVICE

  • First come, first served basis
  • For issues taking 15 minutes or less. For example:
    • SSN Application
    • Reduced Course Load
    • Concurrent Enrollment Form (e.g. JCCC)
    • Duplicate I-20
    • I-20 Extension*
    • Curricular Practical Training*
    • Transfer to Another School
    • Obtain F-2 Dependent I-20
    • Update Finances on I-20
    • J-1 On-Campus Work Permit
    • General Questions

NOTE: On Fridays, only one advisor is on walk-in duty, so the wait will be longer.

Note: On Mondays, advisors will not be available for appointments.

* I-20 Extensions and Curricular Practical Training typically take 15-20 minutes so can be done during walk-in or by appointment.
